Blast-Radius / Worst-Case Impact Lab
“If this agent misbehaves, the worst it does is move $5,000 across a tenant boundary — irreversibly.”
The whole platform is saturated on likelihood — ~40 surfaces each grade whether a failure CAN happen. AgentSmack has never graded the orthogonal CISO axis: the realized impact magnitude of what the agent actually DID. Feed a recorded action transcript and this folds it into quantified meters — dollars moved, records destroyed, external recipients reached, tenants crossed, and sensitive data classes touched — then composes ONE closed worst-case band (none → catastrophic) and flags whether the effect is irreversible. It reuses the same canonical action envelope as the Business-Logic Lab, so the same transcript answers both “could it?” and “how bad is the worst it did?”. Honest-empty: an all-benign transcript yields band none with zero meters, never a fabricated impact. Raw payload bytes never enter the report. Load a sample to watch the band swing with no live infra.
