Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-06-10

Acceptance

By using AgentSmack (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you may bind that organisation.

What the Service does

AgentSmack runs controlled, sandboxed adversarial probes against an agent definition you provide and returns a safety report. The Service is for defensive testing of agents you own or are authorised to test.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • submit agents or content you are not authorised to test;
  • use the Service to develop real-world attacks, malware, or to target systems you do not own;
  • attempt to exfiltrate other users' data or break tenant isolation;
  • abuse rate limits, resell access, or circumvent billing.

The probe library is adversarial by design but bounded and educational. It must not be used to harm real systems.

Your content

You retain ownership of the prompts and tool lists you submit. You grant us the limited licence needed to run probes and generate, store, and display your report. Do not submit live production secrets (see the Privacy Policy).

Billing

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor on the cadence shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the paid period.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The Service and its reports are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. A passing report is not a guarantee that an agent is secure, and a failing report is not a guarantee of compromise — it is one signal among many. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentSmack is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior twelve months.

Changes & contact

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Questions: founders@agentsmack.com.
