How much of your safety error-budget have you burned?

Posture drift grades the trend; AgentSmack's SLO lens grades the error budget. Set a posture SLO target — a minimum band, a minimum overall, a hard-blocker policy — and feed it the same ordered series of already-computed scorecards. It counts how many snapshots fell out of SLO, how much of the allowed budget that burned, the burn rate (accelerating, steady, recovering), and — at this rate — how many more re-runs until the budget breaches. A breaching current snapshot is non-launderable: a long healthy tail or a pile of remaining budget can never wash out a current run that fails the SLO, and a present hard blocker caps the SLO-health score to not_ready.
