Is the WHOLE agent stack tested — and where are the blind spots?
Every AgentSmack surface answers “did THIS narrow attack class fail?”, and the campaign folds the present surfaces into one readiness number. But a 92/100 score is worthless if half the stack was never probed: an untested egress lane is indistinguishable from a passing one. This meta-grader projects all 37 surfaces onto the canonical eight agent-stack lanes and classifies each cell tested-clean / failing / untested — the honest “your blind spots are X, Y, Z” map. Honest-empty: an untested lane is never reported as a pass, and a comprehensive verdict requires every lane to carry a real tested-clean surface. Pure, deterministic, anonymous.

Paste the per-surface numeric signals you already have — each { surface, signal: { score, hardBlockerCount, findingCount } | null }. A null signal (or an omitted surface) is honest-empty — it shows as an untested blind spot, never a fabricated pass.
